Alexa Moormeier has been serving at Arbor Road since 2023. She began her time at Arbor as an intern in High School Ministry before transitioning to her current role as Assistant Pastor of Young Adults and Leadership Development. Alexa loves facilitating small groups that allow people to display vulnerability and dig deeper into God’s design for them.
Alexa has her undergraduate degree in Political Science, minoring in History and Biblical Studies, from Biola University. She continues to be passionate about justice, history, and how they can each be used to impact our world for Christ today. She is currently working on a Masters of Divinity from Biola University’s Institute of Spiritual Formation. With this degree she hopes to improve her ability to ask good questions, hold people’s stories well, and lead others to Jesus.
Alexa is a Seattle native and visits the PNW frequently to visit her younger brother, Marcus. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, national parks, and chatting with friends over coffee or a campfire.
