My name is Jesse Macias. My wife, Linda, and I have been married for 25 years. We have three children, ages 24, 21, and 17. I also have a 27 year old son.
We’ve been attending ARC for 15 years. My wife sings in the ensemble and has also served on the Prayer Team. I served in Kid’s Ministry and occasionally as a public safety advisor.
I met my wife at Long Beach City College. She was already a believer, but I was lost. I knew that I wanted to know God like she knew Him. Shortly after we met, I accepted Christ as my Savior. That was in 1998, and since then, my life has never been the same! I graduated from CSULB with a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. I retired in March of 2024 as a Digital Forensics Expert with the Long Beach Police Department. I am also a licensed Private Investigator specializing in Vehicle Forensics. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family, bike-riding, cooking, baking, reading e-books on leadership, faith building and expanding my knowledge in digital forensics.
I’m thankful for the opportunity to serve once again on the Elder Board—I’ve served two prior terms. I look forward to many exciting and blessed years at ARC.
