Hi, my name is Michael Popp, I am 40 years old and I have been a member at Arbor Road Church my entire life. My parents, Len and Ray Deen, started attending church here just after I was born; and since then I have never left.
I met my wife, Kellee, in college during our senior year. I was attending Azusa Pacific University and she attended our rival school, Biola. She has been attending ARC now for the past 16 years. We have two daughters, Eisley, and Brooklyn. This October we will celebrate our 15th year of marriage.
Kellee and I are actively involved here at church through the worship team, small groups, Ethos Team, and, of course, fellowship. For work, I am an aerospace engineer working for Raytheon Technologies. As for hobbies and interests, they are too many to list, and I’m sure Kellee would back me up on that one!
Kellee wears many hats at her job but primarily works as a fundraiser for a non-profit ministry called Decision Point, where they help coach high school and middle school students to share their faith in their public schools.
The Lord has blessed my life in so many ways, and this church is one of them. I am thankful for His faithfulness over the years, and I am eager to see where He leads me and our church in the future.
