Megan Fate Marshman serves as the Women’s Pastor at Arbor Road Church. She is determined to use her life to spread hope, share truth, and celebrate others. She graduated from Westmont College, Azusa Pacific University, and Biola University, where she earned a Doctorate of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care. In addition to her role at Arbor Road Church, Megan works at Hume Lake Christian Camps and Willow Creek Community Church.
She enjoys writing books and Bible studies and adventuring all over the globe, sharing the love of Jesus at churches, conferences, retreats, and universities. She recently released the book and Bible study Relaxed: Walking with the One Who Is Not Worried about a Thing (2024, Zondervan), the Beautiful Word Bible study: John (2022, Harper Collins), Meant for Good (2020, Zondervan), SelfLess (2017, David C Cook), and co-wrote the book 7 Family Ministry Essentials with Dr. Michelle Anthony (2015, David C Cook). Prior to working at Arbor Road, Megan served on staff at ROCKHARBOR church in Costa Mesa, CA, and was the Director of Student Resources and Events for David C Cook Publishers, where she led a team in creating the Spirit-led, family-empowered, gospel-centered youth ministry curriculum line called Tru.
Megan loves adventuring with her boys, Foster and Jedidiah, and opening their home for all kinds of gatherings … kids’ sports teams, neighbors, new friends, and anyone who needs a place to belong. After the sudden loss of her husband, Randy, in 2021, she and her boys were carried by Christ and His body. She is now gratefully stepping into the next chapter of life with Scott and his boys, Cooper and Robbie, thankful to be part of the good story God keeps writing.
