Paco Ramos has served as the Deaf Pastor of the Arbor Road Church Deaf Ministry (Praising Hands Deaf Fellowship) since 2007. He was in the deaf ministry in Ensenada and traveled with missionaries to different areas and regions in the United States and Mexico to spread the gospel and perform missions with American and Spanish Sign Language to better communicate the gospel from 1974 to 1984. In 1984, he moved to LA County for Deaf Bible College in Downey, CA and begun teaching shortly after.
He has also traveled overseas to Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, Ireland, York, U.K., and Canada for Deaf Conferences. He enjoys evangelizing through learning their cultures and foreign sign languages. He loves to share the Good News, encourage those around him, and has a great passion for people to know our Lord Jesus Christ.
He married his lovely wife Barbara in 1987 and they have one son David and daughter-in-love Kayla, both having graduated from BIOLA.
