Brent Eldridge is the Co-Lead Pastor of Arbor Road Church. After spending 15 years as a youth pastor, Brent was called in 2008 to serve at ARC, which is his home church. In 2025, Pastor Brent and Pastor Alan Kim started serving as Co-Lead Pastors for a two-year period of strategic succession. Once the succession plan concludes, Pastor Brent will further develop and oversee ARC’s Care and Counseling ministry.
His personal passions include strategic thinking, teaching, encouraging others, connecting people, and sharing his faith in the context of meaningful relationships. Brent earned degrees from The Master’s College (B.A. Bible Exposition), Trinity
Seminary (Master of Sacred Literature), John Brown University (Master of Science: Leadership), and Liberty University (Doctor of Ministry: Pastoral Counseling).
Aside from his role at ARC, Brent has served as a Major League Soccer Chaplain since 2012, mainly with the LA Galaxy. He has been married to his wife Kristin since 1996, and together they have three adult children—Jake, Cooper, and Jillian—who are all married and starting families of their own! In his free time, Brent enjoys surfing, working out, competing in races, traveling, golfing, and otherwise enjoying the sunshine.
